The HR Manager will oversee all HR functions, including recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training and development, policy implementation, and legal compliance. Responsibilities also include maintaining employee records, managing payroll and benefits, and providing guidance and support to both employees and management. The ideal candidate will be a proactive team player, capable of fostering a positive work environment and supporting organizational growth.QualificationsProven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR leadership roleThorough knowledge of labor laws and HR best practicesExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsStrong decision-making and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretionProficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to build and maintain positive relationships with employees and managementBachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related fieldHR management certification is a plusExperience in training and developmentPrior experience in the logistics industry is advantageousAdditional AttributesThe ideal candidate should be a team player both on and off the field, capable of leading, guiding, and mentoring teams and individuals professionally and personally.
