Responsibilities:

  • Candidate Sourcing : Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to identify and attract qualified candidates.
  • Talent Pipeline Management : Proactively reach out to potential candidates to build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
  • Screening : Conduct initial screenings to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Interview Coordination : Schedule and conduct interviews with hiring managers and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Recruitment Process Updates : Provide regular updates on candidate status and gather feedback to refine the selection process.
  • Candidate Experience : Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Candidate Communication : Effectively communicate with candidates, offering timely and constructive feedback.
  • Record Keeping : Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Google Sheets.
  • Compliance : Ensure adherence to company policies and legal requirements related to recruitment.

Skills & Experience:

We are looking for individuals who align with our core values: open communication, customer-first, accountability, collaboration, and a high level of craftsmanship.

Required :

  • Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in-house at a B2C company.
  • 3-6 years of recruitment experience.
  • Minimum of 1 year of tech recruitment experience.
  • Strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools and job boards.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
