Job Title: Digital & Social Media Marketing ExecutiveExperience: 2-4 years (preferably in the hospitality industry)Location: NoidaJob Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and creative Digital & Social Media Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in managing digital marketing campaigns, creating engaging content, and driving social media strategies—preferably within the hotel or hospitality industry. You will be responsible for building brand awareness, enhancing online presence, and driving direct bookings through effective digital and social media marketing efforts.Key Responsibilities:- Social Media Management:- Plan, execute, and manage social media strategies across various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).- Create, schedule, and monitor content to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.- Respond to guest inquiries and feedback in a timely and professional manner on social platforms.- Use social listening tools to monitor online conversations about the brand and its competitors.-

Content Creation:- Develop and curate high-quality, engaging content (images, videos, blogs, etc.) that resonates with the hotel’s target audience.- Work closely with the design and photography team to create visual assets that align with the hotel’s brand identity.- Write compelling copy for website content, social media posts, email campaigns, and promotional materials.- Paid Advertising:- Plan and execute paid digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads) to drive traffic and conversions.- Optimize campaigns based on performance metrics and track ROI for digital spending.- Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & SEM:- Assist in optimizing the hotel’s website for search engines to increase organic visibility.- Collaborate with the web development team to implement SEO best practices and improve user experience.

Analytics & Reporting:- Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.- Provide insights and recommendations to improve campaign performance and meet KPIs.-

Partnerships & Collaborations:- Work with influencers, bloggers, and online communities to promote the hotel’s services and offerings.- Identify opportunities for digital collaborations with relevant brands or tourism partners.Qualifications & Skills:- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.- 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the hospitality or hotel industry.- Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.- Experience with paid advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) and SEO.- Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and social media management tools.- Familiarity with design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.- Excellent communication and copywriting skills.- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
