Job Title: Senior AEM Developer

Location: Chennai

Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior AEM Developer with a minimum of 4 years of experience to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AEM development, along with proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. This position offers a hybrid work mode, allowing flexibility between remote and onsite work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, customize, and maintain Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) solutions, including templates, components, and workflows.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and implement solutions.

- Ensure the performance, scalability, and security of AEM-based applications through optimization and best practices.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AEM implementation, integration, and performance.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering skill development and knowledge sharing.

- Stay updated on AEM best practices, tools, and technologies to continuously improve development processes and outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- Minimum of 4 years of experience in AEM development.

- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

- Strong understanding of web development concepts, including responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.

- Experience with AEM building blocks such as templates, components, dialogs, and workflows.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.

- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Developer certification.

- Experience with front-end frameworks/libraries such as React or Angular.

- Knowledge of Java programming language.

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Understanding of web accessibility standards and best practices (WCAG).
