Role Overview:

We are looking for Project Managers who will drive end-to-end delivery of digital projects across global clients. You'll work closely with Delivery Heads, Solutions Managers, and Operations to ensure that projects meet timelines, budgets, and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own the complete delivery lifecycle across websites, mobile apps, CRM, ERP, and AI-driven solutions.
  • Build project plans, track progress, manage risks, and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
  • Work closely with technical leads, operations, and solutions teams to align execution with client expectations.
  • Manage budgets, margins, and resource utilization in collaboration with operations.
  • Use AI-driven project management tools to streamline planning, tracking, and reporting.
  • Lead Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and drive continuous process improvement.
  • Ensure global client satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution.
Must-Have Skills & Experience:
  • 5–7 years of project management experience in IT services delivering full SDLC projects.
  • Proven experience managing projects for global clients across multiple industries.
  • Strong understanding of Agile, SDLC processes, and project financial management.
  • Exposure to modern tech stacks: React, Node, Python, Java, .NET Core, etc.
  • Hands-on user of project management tools like JIRA, Asana, ClickUp, and AI-powered planning tools.
  • Prior experience in small to mid-sized IT services companies (no large MNC ).
  • Exposure to AI/automation platforms used for project optimization.
Nice to Have:
  • PMP / Agile certifications (Scrum Master, SAFe, Prince2).
Work Model:

Hybrid: Minimum 3 days/week in Chennai office.
