About the Role

We are looking for a
skilled Technical Writer
to join our team. The ideal candidate will create clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation that makes complex concepts easy to understand. You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to deliver high-quality content that supports our users and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, write, and maintain user manuals, product guides, FAQs, API documentation, and knowledge base articles
  • Translate complex technical information into simple, accurate, and engaging content
  • Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers to gather information and ensure accuracy
  • Standardize content across platforms to maintain consistency in tone and style
  • Edit, proofread, and review technical documents to ensure clarity and quality
  • Stay updated with product changes, industry standards, and documentation best practices

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Computer Science, or related field
  • 2–6 years of proven experience
    as a technical writer or similar role
  • Strong command of written English with excellent grammar and attention to detail
  • Experience with documentation tools such as Confluence, MadCap Flare, FrameMaker, MS Office, or Google Docs
  • Familiarity with developer documentation and APIs (Markdown, GitHub, Swagger, etc.) is a plus
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
