Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Technical Writer to join our team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation for internal systems, software products, and client deliverables. You will work closely with engineers, developers, and product managers to translate complex technical information into accessible content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain user manuals, technical documentation, SOPs, installation guides, FAQs, and API documentation.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to understand technical specifications.
  • Create diagrams, flowcharts, and visual aids to support documentation.
  • Revise documents based on user feedback, technical changes, and updates.
  • Ensure consistency, clarity, and accuracy in all documentation.
  • Adhere to documentation standards, templates, and guidelines set by the organization.
  • Conduct document audits and quality checks.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • Proven experience (2+ years) as a technical writer in a software or IT-based organization.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.
  • Proficiency in documentation tools (e.g., MS Word, Confluence, MadCap Flare, Adobe FrameMaker, etc.).
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into user-friendly content.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
