Responsibilities

Job Title: Loan Review Analyst

Job Location: Hyderabad

Job Summary:

We are looking for Loan Review Analyst for Mortgage Diligence Review process. This position provides underwriting analysis of closed loan files to ensure the documentation is complete and meets investor guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Role and Responsibilities:
•Perform data entry to ensure all loan information is captured in the system

Verify Underwriting worksheets and audit the documentation to ensure all standard requirements are met and lender guidelines are met Raise findings for gaps and insufficient documentation."

Key Skills :

- Knowledge of 4 Cs of UW

- Prior work experience as UW

- Good attention to details and commitment to Accuracy

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Flexibility to work non-standard hours on occasion

- Typing speed > 35 Wpm

Education & Certifications: -

- Bachelor's degree in any field
