JobSummary:
We are seekinga motivated and detailoriented Market Researcher to join our teamfocusing on the agricultural sector in Tamil Nadu. The successfulcandidate will be responsible for conducting indepth research ontractor attachments used in the state gathering data from farmersand local suppliers and providing valuable insights to our clients.This role requires frequent travel across Tamil Nadu to meet withstakeholders and collect relevantinformation.

MainResponsibilities:

  • Conductprimary and secondary research to gather data on tractorattachments used in the agricultural sector in TamilNadu.
  • Travelextensively to various locations within Tamil Nadu to meet withfarmers agricultural equipment suppliers and other relevantstakeholders.
  • Utilizea variety of research methods including interviews surveys andfield observations to collect accurate and reliabledata.
  • Analyzecollected data to identify trends market demands and opportunitiesfor growth in the agricultural equipmentsector.
  • Preparedetailed reports and presentations summarizing research findingsinsights and recommendations forclients.
  • Collaboratewith internal teams to develop strategies and solutions based onresearch insights to support clientobjectives.
  • Stayupdated on industry trends competitor activities and marketdevelopments to provide timely and relevant information toclients.
  • Maintainaccurate records of research activities including data collectionmethods findings andcontacts.

Requirements
  • Bachelorsdegree in Agriculture Business Administration Marketing Economicsor a relatedfield.
  • Provenexperience in market research preferably in the agriculturalsector.
  • Strongunderstanding of agricultural equipment and machinery particularlytractorattachments.
  • Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills with the ability to buildrapport and establish relationships with farmers andsuppliers.
  • Proficiencyin Tamil and English languages both written andverbal.
  • Abilityto work independently with minimal supervision and manage multipletaskseffectively.
  • Stronganalytical skills with attention to detail andaccuracy.
  • Flexibilityto travel extensively within Tamil Nadu asrequired.

Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business Administration,Marketing, Economics, or a related field. Proven experience inmarket research, preferably in the agricultural sector. Strongunderstanding of agricultural equipment and machinery, particularlytractor attachments. Excellent communication and interpersonalskills, with the ability to build rapport and establishrelationships with farmers and suppliers. Proficiency in Tamil andEnglish languages, both written and verbal. Ability to workindependently with minimal supervision and manage multiple taskseffectively. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail andaccuracy. Flexibility to travel extensively within Tamil Nadu asrequired.
