Academic Researcher in AI Domain
to join our team and drive key research initiatives, blending data analysis, project management, and academic writing.
As part of this role, you will be working on innovative research project in healthcare, contributing to the design and execution of a large-scale AI-focused study with a prestigious large public hospital in India. The ideal candidate will not only help analyze and manage data but also assist in the drafting of research paper and manage day-to-day research activities.
Key Responsibilities
:
Validate and refine existing study design, methodologies, and research procedures.Collaborate in the creation and execution of structured surveys and interviews with healthcare professionals and patients.Assist with data collection, management, and organization for analysis.Draft and edit the first draft of research papers, with a focus on data science and AI topics.Analyze quantitative data, generate insights, and summarize trends to guide research conclusions.Generate interim findings to inform and plan healthcare interventions.Ensure access to relevant tools, data, and surveys while maintaining research integrity and data security.Draft formal agreements, including roles, responsibilities, and data-sharing protocols with stakeholders.Support stakeholder engagement by preparing presentations, reports, and research summaries.Coordinate and schedule interviews, review appointments, and feedback sessions.Design and implement mechanisms for collecting and integrating feedback from participants into research outcomes.
What we are looking for:
Strong background in Social Sciences (e.g., Economics, Sociology, Public Health) with a focus on data analysis and research.Proven experience in academic writing, especially in data science and AI domains.Proficiency in data management, analysis, and generating insights from quantitative data.Ability to design and execute surveys and interviews in a structured manner.Strong organizational skills, capable of multitasking across research, data analysis, and project management responsibilities.Experience with stakeholder engagement and managing collaborative projects.Excellent communication skills, including drafting research papers and presentations.Familiarity with AI tools and technologies used in healthcare or social science research.High level of independence, attention to detail, and adaptability in a fast-paced research environment.
