Lead, motivate, and train partners effectively.- Set clear objectives and monitor progress to ensure partners meet agreed sales targets.- Assist partners in generating and tracking leads and closing sales.- Support partners in upselling and cross-selling products based on customer needs analysis.- Facilitate ongoing training for partners to maintain a productive sales channel.- Collect regular feedback from partners and customers regarding satisfaction with the sales process and products.- Review partners' sales plans and provide support to foster their growth.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.- Minimum 2 years of experience in Life Insurance (LI) or Banking (Open Architecture).
