Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Specialist / Sourcing Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for various positions within the company. This role requires a proactive approach to sourcing candidates, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of recruitment best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
Screen and evaluate resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidate fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews
Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future openings.
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and sourcing.
Assist in the development and implementation of employer branding initiatives.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Sourcing Specialist, or similar role.
Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Excellent sourcing skills, including market mapping and job portal expertise.
Education : Any Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA)
Experience : 2-3 Years in Search / RPO Firms OR We are open to hiring quick learners who possess excellent communication skills and have strong zeal to nurture a career in RPO space.
