Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiting Intern, located in Noida. The Recruiting Intern will be responsible for assisting with hiring processes, conducting interviews, communicating with applicants, and aiding in the recruiting and training of new hires. The intern will gain hands-on experience in various aspects of the recruitment cycle.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Hiring and Recruiting
  • Experience with Interviewing techniques
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Ability to assist in Training activities
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
  • Pursuing or having a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is a plus
