We're Hiring: Deputy Team Lead – Placements
Zell Education is looking for a
driven and dynamic professional
to take charge of end-to-end placement operations, build strong employer partnerships, and empower students to succeed in their careers.
What you'll do:
- Drive client engagement & onboard new hiring partners
- Execute on/off-campus placement drives & HTD models
- Manage student readiness, training & final hiring outcomes
- Organize placement-focused webinars & HR-led seminars
- Track data, prepare dashboards & deliver insights
What we're looking for:
- 3–6 years' experience in placements/operations (EdTech, recruitment, or campus hiring preferred)
- Strong communication, data handling & relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Workspace & CRM tools
- Exposure to AI tools for placement & hiring processes (good to have)
