Technical Delivery Manager

Description Join our team as an Technical Delivery Manager, where you'll be responsible for coordinating the preparation of customer proposals and statements of work, participating in new business development, and delivering customer projects successfully. In this role, you will manage customer expectations and relationships, ensuring that projects are delivered in line with EPAM processes and methodologies. The ideal candidate should have minimum 10-15 years in software industry, hands-on experience in coding and project management experience with end-to-end delivery. #LI-DNI Responsibilities Coordinate the preparation of customer proposals and statements of work Participate in new Business Development Deliver customer projects successfully Manage customer expectations and relationship Ensure that projects are delivered in line with EPAM process and methodologies Address Customer issues during an engagement in cooperation with the Account Manager Make sure that the customer executes their responsibilities on the engagements Identify and Manage engagement risks and flag major issues early Participate in overall project management, time estimation, and resource scheduling Prepare engagement revenue and resource forecasts Prepare engagement timesheets and billing information Prepare weekly/monthly engagement reports Prepare estimations on time frames, quality and quantity of resources required to successfully Implement projects; develop the project plan incorporating all project variables Establish criteria concerning deliverability, performance, maintenance, design and costs Assist in analyzing client processes through needs analysis and recommending new business models, workflows, or innovative solutions Requirements Minimum experience required is 10-15 years in software industry Hands-on experience in coding (10-13 years) 6+ years project management experience with end-to-end delivery Strong understanding of software development; Java background is a must Excellent communication, presentation, and planning skills Exceptional organizational, leadership and stakeholder management skills Strong experience of executing projects in Agile Methodology Should have strong experience of HLD & LLD Understand of technical architecture Understanding of ENG/coding best practices (along with tools they have used on their projects) Understanding of CI/CD (Assess on sandbox strategy, CI CD approach and design) Understanding of Test Automation We offer Opportunity to work on technical challenges that may impact across geographies Vast opportunities for self-development: online university, knowledge sharing opportunities globally, learning opportunities through external certifications Opportunity to share your ideas on international platforms Sponsored Tech Talks & Hackathons Unlimited access to LinkedIn learning solutions Possibility to relocate to any EPAM office for short and long-term projects Focused individual development Benefit package: Health benefits Retirement benefits Paid time off Flexible benefits Forums to explore beyond work passion (CSR, photography, painting, sports, etc.)
