Job Description – Corporate Talent Acquisition Intern Company: PALMONAS Department: Human Resources Location: Koregaon Park,Pune Duration: 3 months About Palmonas Palmonas is a fast-growing modern jewelry & lifestyle brand known for its high-quality demi-fine jewelry, elevated aesthetics, and exceptional customer experience. We are expanding rapidly and are looking for driven Talent Acquisition Interns to support our scaling workforce needs. Role Overview The Corporate TA Intern will assist the HR & TA team in end-to-end recruitment activities across various corporate functions such as Marketing, Operations, Finance, Design, E-commerce, Retail, and Supply Chain. This role is ideal for someone passionate about hiring, people processes, and building strong candidate experiences. Key Responsibilities 1. Hiring & Sourcing Source relevant profiles through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, and referrals Screen resumes based on role requirements and shortlist suitable candidates Conduct initial telephonic screening to assess candidate fit Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers 2. Candidate Management Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process Ensure smooth interview experience and follow-ups Manage candidate pipeline on ATS/Excel sheets 3. Recruitment Operations Draft and post job descriptions on job portals and social platforms Assist in planning hiring campaigns and employer branding activities Track hiring metrics and prepare weekly dashboards/reports 4. HR Support Support onboarding and documentation activities Assist HR team in miscellaneous people operations tasks when required Required Skills & Qualifications Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master’s degree in HR, Business, or related field Strong communication and interpersonal skills Good understanding of hiring processes & job market trends Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic HR tools Ability to multitask and manage deadlines Detail-oriented with a positive attitude to learning Preferred Added Skills Prior internship experience in HR/Recruitment (optional) Familiarity with LinkedIn sourcing and job boards (Naukri, Indeed, Internshala, etc.) Interest in fashion, retail, or D2C industry What You’ll Gain Hands-on exposure to end-to-end corporate recruitment Experience working with a high-growth D2C brand Understanding of talent branding and hiring strategies Opportunity to interact with senior business stakeholders Certificate of Internship + Potential PPO for high performers
