We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on marketing experience, particularly in driving and managing company's corporate marketing across digital campaigns, social media, website content, influencer marketing, podcasts, etc.


Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and Manage Marketing Collaterals: Lead the creation and dissemination of all marketing materials and touchpoints that align with the company’s brand and services.

- Digital Marketing Focus: Own and execute digital marketing strategies, including but not limited to website optimization, social media management, influencer partnerships, and podcast development. Identify new areas and best practices to implement.

- Thought Leadership: Position the company as a thought leader in its domain, creating a distinct voice in the industry.

- Competitor Analysis: Understand competitors in each service area and devise strategies to combat market perceptions, positioning the company as a top player in the field.

- Coordination with PR Agency: Collaborate with external PR agencies for press releases, media mentions, and building the public image of the company and its founder.

- Internal Collaboration: Work closely with internal division managers to gather key information and insights for developing targeted marketing campaigns.

- Hands-on Leadership: This role requires a candidate who can contribute directly to the execution of marketing initiatives and lead the way forward.


Qualifications:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a marketing role, with a strong focus on digital marketing.

- Proven track record of managing social media campaigns, website content, and influencer marketing.

- Experience in PR coordination and handling media relations useful.

- Strong analytical skills to understand competitors and market dynamics.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with various internal stakeholders.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to both strategize and execute campaigns.
