About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role will focus on driving performance marketing strategies across multiple online marketplaces and platforms, including Google, Meta, Swiggy Instamart, Zepto, Blinkit, and other leading marketplaces. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns, with a strong understanding of marketplace dynamics and performance metrics.



Key Responsibilities:

• Campaign Management: Develop, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Swiggy Instamart, Zepto, Blinkit, and other relevant platforms to drive performance and achieve business objectives.

• Strategy Development: Create and execute performance marketing strategies tailored to each marketplace, focusing on increasing ROI, improving conversion rates, and maximizing customer acquisition.

• Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, prepare detailed reports on key metrics, and provide actionable insights to improve overall campaign effectiveness.

• Budget Management: Manage and allocate budgets across various platforms, ensuring optimal spend efficiency and achieving KPIs within the allocated budget.

• Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and marketplace changes to identify new opportunities and refine marketing strategies.

• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, product, and sales teams, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing campaigns.

• Optimization: Continuously test and optimize ad creatives, targeting parameters, and bidding strategies to enhance campaign performance and drive better results.



Qualifications:

• Experience: 3-6 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on performance marketing and marketplace platforms.

• Expertise: Proven experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Swiggy Instamart, Zepto, Blinkit, and other digital marketplaces.

• Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
