Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Team Lead for Recruitment Operations, focusing on bulk hiring. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing end-to-end recruitment operations.
This position requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, understanding their hiring needs, and providing strategic recruitment solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with clients to develop tailored recruitment strategies aligned with their business objectives.
Team Leadership and Management:
- Lead and supervise a team of recruitment specialists and coordinators, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
- Ensure the effective allocation of resources and workload management to meet client demands.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture focused on delivering results and exceeding client expectations.
Bulk Hiring Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies for bulk hiring projects, leveraging available tool and portals to optimize cost and efficiency.
- Utilize innovative sourcing techniques and tools to attract and engage a diverse pool of candidates for high-volume roles.
Operational Excellence:
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of recruitment operations.
- Monitor key performance metrics and analytics to track progress, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies throughout the recruitment process.
Quality Assurance and Customer Service:
- Maintain the highest standards of quality and professionalism in all client interactions and deliverables.
- Proactively address client concerns or escalations, demonstrating a commitment to exceptional customer service.
- Conduct regular reviews and audits to ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 4 years+ experience in recruitment operations, with a focus on bulk hiring.
- 2 years of experience in a leadership or managerial role, overseeing teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated success in managing stakeholder relationships and delivering recruitment solutions in alignment with client needs.
- Strong understanding of recruitment technology, including applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and rapidly evolving work environment.
