Job Description:
As an Inside Sales Executive at NNIIT , you will play a crucial role in driving growth and expanding our reach in the K9 and K12 education segments. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the Ed-tech industry , specifically in K9 and K12 education.
Responsibilities:
Dial 250 cold calls daily to connect with potential clients, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable courses.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a positive experience from initial contact through enrolment.
Identify and counsel clients on the benefits of our courses, addressing concerns and helping them make informed decisions.
Track progress in CRM tools, manage leads, and ensure regular follow-ups for maximum client engagement.
Assist the sales team by analyzing market trends to identify competitive advantages.
Strategically create the need & close the deal.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
* Minimum of 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the Ed-tech industry.
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.`
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
* Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
* Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Knowledge of the K9 and K12 education landscape and understanding of current trends and challenges.
