Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Food and Beverage Supervisor at Bistro Brain Hospitality Services LLP located in Srinagar. The Food and Beverage Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations in food service, ensuring adherence to service standards, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining effective communication with team members and customers.
Qualifications
- Supervisory Skills and Service Standards- Experience in Food Service and Customer Service- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written- Ability to work well in a team and lead by example- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills- Knowledge of safety and sanitation regulations- Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues- Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus- Degree or certification in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
