Position Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Guest Service: Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables, ensuring they feel welcome and comfortable throughout their dining experience.
- Order Taking: Record guests' food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, offering menu recommendations and answering any questions they may have.
- Order Delivery: Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately, ensuring the correct items are presented elegantly and in the proper order.
- Table Maintenance: Keep dining areas clean and organized, resetting tables and ensuring utensils, glassware, and condiments are properly arranged.
- Upselling: Suggest additional menu items, specials, and beverages to enhance guests' dining experience and increase sales.
- Dietary Preferences: Be knowledgeable about the menu, including ingredients and potential allergens, to accommodate guests' dietary requirements and preferences.
- Check Handling: Present bills to guests, collect payments accurately, and process transactions efficiently using the restaurant's POS system.
- Complaint Handling: Address any guest concerns or complaints professionally and promptly, seeking assistance from the supervisor if needed.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth and timely service.
- Cleanliness and Hygiene: Maintain personal grooming and hygiene standards in accordance with company policies and health regulations.
- Compliance: Adhere to all restaurant policies, procedures, and safety guidelines, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for guests and staff.
- Upsell and Cross-sell: Proactively recommend and promote special offers, promotions, and loyalty programs to guests.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in the food service industry is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Strong customer service orientation with a genuine desire to create memorable dining experiences for guests.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required in a restaurant setting.
- Basic math skills for handling payments and providing change to guests.
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Positive attitude, team player mentality, and a willingness to learn and grow within the organization.

**Salary**: Up to ₹14,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Srinagar, Jammu and Kashmir: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
