This is a high-performance, target-driven role where you will interact with prospective learners and help them choose the right program.Responsibilities Convert warm leads by conducting need-based sales conversations. Drive follow-ups and closures within the defined sales cycle. Communicate with prospects across calls, WhatsApp, SMS, and email. Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets. Track key metrics such as conversion rate, revenue per lead, and revenue per sale. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and outcomes.Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in B2C Sales (EdTech experience preferred). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Result-oriented with a proven track record in target-based roles. Ability to learn products quickly (within 48 hours). Resilient, confident, and comfortable in a performance-driven environment.
