Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role based in Kolkata for a Real Estate Investment Specialist. The specialist will be responsible for conducting due diligence, analyzing investment opportunities, and managing real estate investment portfolios. Daily tasks include researching market trends, evaluating potential property investments, and providing insightful recommendations to clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills and ability to evaluate investment opportunities critically
  • Experience with Investments, including portfolio management and financial analysis
  • Proficiency in conducting detailed Due Diligence processes
  • Knowledge and experience in Real Estate and Real Estate Investment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, or a related field
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Proficiency with investment analysis software and tools is a plus
