JOB DESCRIPTION
Technical Program manager
ROLE DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a project manager to be responsible for planning and executing programs and activities aligned with strategic direction and long-term goals of Sun Mobility.
In order to be successful in this role, he will need to have prior experience in both program management and team management. A bachelor's degree in engineering/MCA degree is a must. A desirable candidate should have approximately 7 years+ experience in project management activities.
QUALIFICATION:
▪ Bachelor’s degree required in Engineering/ MCA
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare , organize and monitor inter-connected projects and activities aligned with org’s goals and strategic direction.
Developing a budget and operating plan for the program.
Decide on suitable strategies and objectives
Coordinate with cross-functional teams and related activities
Managing and develop a team with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities.
Develop and control deadlines, budgets and activities
Apply change, risk and resource management
Assume responsibility for the program’s people and vendors
Assess program performance and aim to maximize ROI
Resolve projects’ higher scope issues and risks
Prepare reports for senior leaders. Meeting with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions on services.
Creating and managing long-term goals.
Developing an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement.
Insuring goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, safety, quality, and team member performance.
Implementing and managing changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved.
Producing accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle.
Analysing program risks.
Working on strategy with the marketing team.
Skills & Expertise:
7 years of project/program management experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills .
Proven stakeholders’ management skill.
Competency in Microsoft Azure hosted solutions, IOT solutions.
