We're seeking a results-oriented
Performance Marketing Specialist (Female Candidate)
to join our dynamic team You'll be responsible for creating and executing data-driven campaigns across Google Search Ads, Shopping Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram Ads), and TikTok Ads. Your strategic vision and analytical skills will be crucial in driving brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth while optimizing spend and maximizing ROI.
Key Responsibilities:Campaign Management:Develop and execute high-performing search and shopping campaigns on Google Ads, focusing on achieving client KPIs (key performance indicators).Manage and optimize Meta and TikTok ad campaigns, tailoring strategies to each platform's unique audience and functionalities.Conduct thorough keyword research and utilize negative keywords to optimize campaign targeting and budget efficiency.Continuously monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and make data-driven adjustments to maximize ROI.Stay up-to-date on the latest Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads best practices and algorithm updates.Strategic Planning & Analysis:Collaborate with the creative team to build new age creative strategies aligned with client goals and business objectives.Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities and develop competitive advantage.Utilize A/B testing to optimize ad copy, landing pages, and campaign structures for maximized conversions.Provide regular performance reports that showcase campaign effectiveness and ROI.Research & Problem-Solving:Utilize a problem-solving approach to identify potential campaign roadblocks and recommend solutions.Conduct in-depth research to understand client KPIs and economic factors that might be impacting campaign performance.Stay informed about industry trends and adapt strategies based on market shifts.
Qualifications:3-5 years of experience in performance marketing, with a focus on paid search advertising (Google Ads) and social media advertising (Meta & TikTok preferred).In dept understanding of lifestyle, beauty and cosmetic industryProven track record of successfully managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and/or TikTok Ads.A good understanding of GTM/GA to implement/test conversion trackingStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and use data to inform decision-making.Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex data insights to clients and stakeholders.A strategic mindset and a passion for exploring new trends and optimizing campaigns.Growth hacking mindset to scale the client business and delivery optimum return on media investmentExperience with Google Analytics and other marketing analytics platforms.Experience with marketing automation tools.Familiarity with SEO concepts (a plus, not mandatory).A passion for Fashion and understanding of its marketing landscape.
