As a EliteRelationship Manager your main responsibility is to nurturerelationships with 3 to 4 High Net worth Individuals (HNIs) daily.Provide personalized financial solutions conduct client visits andensure a seamless bankingexperience.

JobRoles andResponsibilities:

  • Developsnew and expands existing High Net worth Customer relationships forliabilities and commercialassets
  • Ensures high levelsof customer service orientation and application of bankpolicy
  • Crosssells existingbank products tocustomers
  • Informs customers ofnew products or product enhancements to further expand the bankingrelationship
  • Plans and conductsspecial sales initiatives and events for prospective and existingclients
  • Coordinates withother group companies to provide seamless access to otherproducts
  • Maintains completerelationship record for assigned customeraccounts
  • Tracks customercomplaints/queries and turnaround times for customersatisfaction
