Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Product Manager to join our dynamic team at TAAB Solutions LLP. As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing the development, marketing, and growth of our agency's digital products and services. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, design, development, and client services to ensure the successful launch and ongoing enhancement of our products.
Responsibilities:
Product Strategy: Develop and execute a clear product strategy aligned with the agency's business goals and client needs.
Product Development: Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality execution.
Market Research: Conduct market research, analyze trends, and identify opportunities for product innovation and improvement.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, design, development, and client services teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and manage resources effectively.
Client Engagement: Gather client feedback, understand client needs, and translate them into actionable product features and improvements.
Performance Monitoring: Define key performance indicators (KPIs), monitor product performance, and implement data-driven decisions to optimize product success.
Project Management: Drive projects forward by setting clear goals, managing timelines, and overcoming obstacles to ensure on-time delivery and client satisfaction.
Competitive Analysis: Conduct competitive analysis to understand industry trends and positioning, and use insights to differentiate our products in the market.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in product management within the tech industry, preferably in a marketing or agency environment.
Technical Skills: Strong understanding of digital marketing technologies, web development processes, and analytics tools.
Documentations: Requirement gathering, Market analysis, MVP document creation, User journey creation, Sprint reports etc.
Strategic Thinker: Proven ability to develop and execute product strategies that drive business growth and client satisfaction.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Team Player: Collaborative mindset with experience working in cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
Hands-On-Experience: E-Commerce, E-Commerce Marketplace, Client Relationship.
