Job Description: Product Manager (Dhani Stocks)

Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced and innovative Product Manager to lead the development and enhancement of our stocks brokerage platform. The Product Manager will be responsible for defining the product vision, roadmap, and strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver market-leading solutions that meet the needs of our clients and drive business growth. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of our brokerage platform and make a significant impact in the rapidly evolving financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy and Roadmap:
  • Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for the stocks brokerage platform, based on market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback.
  • Define and prioritize product features and initiatives to drive user engagement, acquisition, and retention, balancing short-term goals with long-term strategic objectives.
  • Market Analysis and Customer Insights:
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for differentiation in the stocks brokerage industry.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback, usage data, and industry trends to gain insights into user behavior and preferences, informing product decisions and priorities.
  • Product Development and Execution:
  • Work closely with engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams to define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for new features and enhancements.
  • Lead the agile development process, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management, to ensure timely delivery of high-quality product releases.
  • Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, operations, and compliance, to align product initiatives with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Engage with external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry experts, to gather feedback, validate product ideas, and build strategic relationships.
  • Product Marketing and Communication:
  • Develop product messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies to drive awareness, adoption, and usage of the stocks brokerage platform.
  • Create compelling product documentation, presentations, and sales collateral to support sales, marketing, and customer success efforts.
  • Performance Monitoring and Optimization:
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the success of product initiatives, monitoring product usage, customer satisfaction, and business impact.
  • Conduct A/B testing, user interviews, and data analysis to identify opportunities for product optimization and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field. NISM/CFA certification is a plus.
  • 3-5 years of experience in product management, *mandatorily* in the financial services industry with a focus on stocks brokerage or trading platforms.
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, trading workflows, and brokerage operations, with knowledge of equities, options, futures, and other financial instruments.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing digital products or platforms, from concept to delivery, in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable product plans.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders, build consensus, and drive alignment across cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with product management tools and methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, Kanban, JIRA, and product analytics platforms.
  • Passion for innovation and technology, with a customer-centric mindset and a commitment to delivering exceptional user experiences.
