Solutions Architect

Solutions Architect – Cloud & AI  Department:  Digital Advisory / Cloud & AI Practice / Customer Success  Location:  Remote Employment Type:  Full-Time  Role Overview:   We are looking for a high-impact Solutions Architect – Cloud & AI with strong technical expertise in Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and a sharp focus on Data & AI workloads. The ideal candidate will blend deep cloud knowledge, data-driven architecture design, and change management experience (e.g. Prosci®) to guide clients through successful cloud and AI adoption journeys.  You will partner with enterprise and government customers to shape data modernization, AI integration, and multi-cloud transformation strategies, ensuring that technology adoption delivers measurable business outcomes.  Key Responsibilities:   Cloud & AI Architecture   Design and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance Data & AI solutions on Microsoft Azure and GCP.  Lead technical discovery, data estate modernization planning, AI integration (Azure OpenAI, Copilot, ML models), and solution architecture for strategic initiatives.  Support the full lifecycle of AI workloads: ingestion, data lake design, Azure Synapse/Databricks, model training, deployment, and governance.  Customer Success & Adoption Strategy   Drive customer adoption through proactive engagement, capability mapping, onboarding, enablement, and sustained success planning.  Apply Prosci® or equivalent change management methodologies to guide adoption, stakeholder alignment, and organizational readiness.  Facilitate executive alignment workshops, hands-on innovation labs, and design thinking sessions to accelerate time-to-value.  Translate business priorities into a future-ready technical roadmap that integrates with security, compliance, and data governance practices.  Client Engagement & Transformation Enablement   Serve as a trusted advisor and technical strategist to C-level executives, technical teams, and business owners.  Build deep relationships across client organizations to understand pain points, identify risks, and propose innovative, AI-powered solutions.  Act as the client’s voice internally—collaborating with product, engineering, support, and delivery teams to drive resolution, evolution, and excellence.  Monitor KPIs related to adoption, usage, and satisfaction, and adjust strategies to ensure long-term value realization.  Emerging Tech Leadership & Thought Partnership   Stay up to date with the latest in Azure AI, GCP Vertex AI, Fabric, LLMs, Copilot, Microsoft Fabric, and Responsible AI principles.  Evangelize best practices for AI governance, MLOps, and data privacy (GDPR, HIPAA, local compliance) across client engagements.  Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing, solution accelerators, and reusable frameworks around Data & AI.  Qualifications & Skills:   Required:   6+ years in client-facing roles in technical consulting, architecture, or cloud solution delivery.  Deep, hands-on experience in Microsoft Azure, particularly in Data & AI services (Azure Synapse, Azure ML, Azure Data Factory, OpenAI, Cognitive Services).  Strong working knowledge of GCP Data & AI stack (BigQuery, Vertex AI, Looker, etc.).  Demonstrated experience leading adoption strategy and change management, including working knowledge of Prosci®, ADKAR®, or other organizational change frameworks.  Exceptional presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.  Design thinking mindset with the ability to translate business needs into scalable architectures.  Experience leading workshops, briefings, or innovation labs.  Preferred:   Certifications: AZ-104, AZ-305, AI-102, DP-203, GCP Associate/Professional certifications, Prosci® certification.  Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, and AI model lifecycle tools.  Experience working with government, healthcare, regulated industries, or public sector clients.
