Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage training programs aligned with Cambridge standards and organizational goals.
- Lead teacher development, academic training, and capacity-building initiatives across partner institutions.
- Drive adoption of innovative teaching methodologies, digital learning tools, and active learning strategies.
- Assess training effectiveness through measurable outcomes and refine programs accordingly.
- Mentor, guide, and evaluate trainers/educators to ensure consistent delivery quality.
- Collaborate with internal teams and academic partners to enhance learning experiences.
- Develop leadership and communication skills among educators to ensure global-standard pedagogy.
- Manage training schedules, resources, and reporting for stakeholders.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Certification: Cambridge Program Leader Certification.
- Experience: 8+ years in training, academic leadership, or program management (preferably in EdTech or education sector).
- Proven expertise in designing and executing large-scale training programs.
- Strong understanding of pedagogy, curriculum implementation, and international education standards.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
