Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and innovative ELA Instructional Designer to join our team dedicated to enhancing English Language Arts education for K-12 students. As an ELA Instructional Designer, you will play a pivotal role in developing engaging and effective instructional materials and resources aligned with curriculum standards. Your creativity and expertise will help shape the learning experiences of students across various grade levels.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with curriculum developers, educators, and subject matter experts to design and develop ELA instructional materials, including lesson plans, activities, assessments, and multimedia content.

- Conduct thorough research on best practices in ELA education, educational technology, and pedagogy to inform instructional design decisions.

- Utilize knowledge of K-12 ELA standards (such as Common Core State Standards) to ensure alignment and relevance of instructional materials.

- Design and implement differentiated instruction strategies to meet the diverse learning needs of students.

- Integrate technology tools and digital resources effectively to enhance ELA instruction and student engagement.

- Evaluate the effectiveness of instructional materials through formative and summative assessments and make data-driven revisions as needed.

- Stay updated on emerging trends and advancements in ELA education and instructional design and contribute to the continuous improvement of educational resources and practices.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Education, English, Instructional Design, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

- Previous experience (minimum 1-2 years) as an instructional designer, curriculum developer, or educator specializing in ELA instruction for K-12 students.

- Strong understanding of K-12 ELA curriculum standards, pedagogy, and best practices in literacy instruction.

- Proficiency in instructional design principles, curriculum development methodologies, and educational technology tools.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and concisely.

- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for innovation in education.

- Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and educational software applications.

Job Description for Maths Instructional Designer

Qualification

Graduates or Postgraduates in Instructional Design or any stream, preferably with Mathematics background, from Editing and Publication domains.

Job Responsibilities

Study, understand and analyze project requirements and deliverables.

Analyze content on economic and financial concepts and strategize on the instructional elements required.

Script scenarios, stories, interactivities, practice activities, and test questions in micro-learning formats

Visualize a storyboard and suggest relevant templates and visuals.

Use persuasive writing techniques to engage a learner (global audience)

Coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Conduct quality reviews of all deliverables as per the defined review process.

Adhere to the delivery schedules.

Ensure proper workflow.
