JobDescription Theideal candidate will have a passion for instructional design and aproven track record of designing and delivering effective learningprograms.
Responsibilities:
  • Designand develop engaging learning programs both instructional andstandalone tailored to meet the organizationsobjectives.
  • Collaborate with subject matterexperts to gather content and ensure accuracy andrelevance.
  • Utilize various instructional designmethodologies and technologies to create effective learningexperiences.
  • Evaluate existing learningmaterials and programs identifying areas for improvement andupdating content as necessary.
  • Deliver trainingsessions and workshops to employees ensuring highquality learningexperiences.
  • Stay uptodate with industry trendsand best practices in learning anddevelopment.

Requirements:
  • 2years of experience in instructional design and delivering trainingprograms.
  • Prior experience in standalonedesigning and delivering of programs
  • Strongunderstanding of instructional design principles and adult learningtheories.
  • Proficiency in using elearningauthoring tools and learning managementsystems.
  • Excellent communication andpresentation skills.
  • Ability to workindependently and collaborate effectively with crossfunctionalteams.
