JobDescription Theideal candidate will have a passion for instructional design and aproven track record of designing and delivering effective learningprograms.
Responsibilities:
- Designand develop engaging learning programs both instructional andstandalone tailored to meet the organizationsobjectives.
- Collaborate with subject matterexperts to gather content and ensure accuracy andrelevance.
- Utilize various instructional designmethodologies and technologies to create effective learningexperiences.
- Evaluate existing learningmaterials and programs identifying areas for improvement andupdating content as necessary.
- Deliver trainingsessions and workshops to employees ensuring highquality learningexperiences.
- Stay uptodate with industry trendsand best practices in learning anddevelopment.
Requirements:
- 2years of experience in instructional design and delivering trainingprograms.
- Prior experience in standalonedesigning and delivering of programs
- Strongunderstanding of instructional design principles and adult learningtheories.
- Proficiency in using elearningauthoring tools and learning managementsystems.
- Excellent communication andpresentation skills.
- Ability to workindependently and collaborate effectively with crossfunctionalteams.
