  • Work on design and installation of the necessary equipment required for scale up  
  • Identify and address technical challenges related to the scale up process 
  • Ensure that the reactors are operating efficiently and within safety and regulatory guidelines 
  • Use drafting tools and computer-assisted design software to create the layout of equipment, materials, and workspace to illustrate maximum efficiency 
  • Work collaboratively with other teams such as R&D, manufacturing, and quality control to ensure the success of the project 

Requirements
  • Diploma/Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field 
  • 2+ years of experience in engineering with a proven track record in system design, process engineering 
  • Proficient with CAD Software such as SOLIDWORKS (Preferred), CATIA, others
  • Experience in designing, execution and installation of equipment in Machine shop
  • Strong knowledge of chemical processes, mechanical engineering, and control systems 
  • Experience working with high pressure, high temperature precision systems  
  • Ability to hustle and get things done 
  • Be a self-starter who needs minimal management 
  • Excellent communication, and problem-solving skills 
  • Passion for sustainability and the environment 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
