Map infrastructureobjects into the Data Center Infrastructure Management (DCIM)system for monitoring using BACnet Modbus OPC and other industrystandard communicationsprotocols.
Workwith local and regional construction teams equipment vendors andsoftware development team to coordinate DCIM monitoring of siteinfrastructure.
Identifyand/or develop solutions for integrating infrastructure monitoringsystems into DCIM wherenecessary.
Assureadherence to developed standards as DCIM system isdeployed.
TroubleshootDCIM communications problems which can include all elements of thecontrols system including field devices controllers networkcomponents and softwaresystems.
RequiredSkills &Qualifications
Bachelorsdegree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related fieldpreferred.
Experiencein critical facility environment preferred including operations anddesign. Emphasis & special focus on controls and/orDCIM.
Strongknowledge of the BACnet Modbus or OPC communications protocolsincluding protocol definition implementation strategies andtroubleshooting.
Experiencewith one or more brands of controls systems including: RockwellControlLogix Honeywell Schneider Electric orWonderware.
Experiencewith data collection and conversion software such as KepwareMatricon TopView OSISoft Pi orequivalent.
Ableto understand control architecture using P&ID drawings SAMAdiagrams orequivalent.
Abilityto program in one or more scripting languageshelpful.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or arelated field. 3-6 years of hands-on experience as a PowerBIEngineer or similar role. Proficiency in SQL and demonstratedexpertise in data modeling. Familiarity with BigQuery concepts andits integration with PowerBI. Strong analytical skills and a keeneye for detail to translate data into actionable insights.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborateeffectively with stakeholders. Proven track record of deliveringhigh-quality PowerBI solutions that drive businessimpact.
