Key Responsibilites

  • Lead the
    creative team
    in executing multiple design projects simultaneously (5+ at a time), ensuring high-quality and timely delivery
  • Manage, mentor, and review the work of junior designers to maintain creative excellence and consistency
  • Design and oversee visual assets for digital and print media including marketing campaigns, social media, presentations, and website content
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and other departments to ensure designs align with brand strategy and business goals
  • Maintain brand consistency across all visual materials
  • Provide creative direction and feedback to elevate the overall quality of design output
  • Stay updated with evolving industry trends and implement innovative design practices
  • Coordinate with external vendors, freelancers, and agencies when required

Qualifications & Skills

  • Any Graduate / Post Graduate (preferably in Design, Fine Arts, or related field)
  • 4–5 years of professional experience in graphic design, with at least 1 year in a senior or team-leading role
  • Prior experience in the
    travel industry
    is preferred
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite:
    Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, and InDesign
  • Strong knowledge of visual design principles, branding, typography, and layout
  • Ability to manage, mentor, and guide a creative team
  • Excellent time-management, organizational, and communication skills
  • Up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies
