Alviras Solutions is the marketing arm for the established ecommerce brand in urns – GetUrns.

GetUrns is one of the largest retailers of cremation Urns in USA & Europe. GetUrns was founded on the principles of helping cherish, celebrate, and commemorate lives. Our website is an online marketplace for high end cremation urns and jewelry.

Experience: 3-4 years

Work Location: Noida (WFO)

Summary of Role:

We're seeking an innovative Sr Graphic Designer with expertise in the Adobe Creative Suite. Candidate should have strong skills specifically in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Premier Pro. The individual should have the capability of designing brand persona, brand identity, digital marketing ads, social media creatives & have an understanding of video editing by keeping the brand identity and guidelines in mind.

Responsibilities:

· Design and define brand image and persona

· Create creatives including videos, posters, web layouts, Facebook Posts and Stories, Instagram Posts and Stories and more.

· A big emphasis on skill and ability to come up with new ideas for social posts and plan monthly design strategy for digital marketing.

· Study design briefs and create storyboards for explainer videos.

· Conceptualize, visualize and create creatives that bring ideas to life.

· Develop illustrations, logos, and other designs.

· Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies

· Collaborate with internal team members.

· A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics.

· A keen eye for aesthetics and details.

Qualifications:

· Experience in B2B/B2C Marketing is a plus. Working with e-commerce/IT companies/SaaS marketing is a plus

· Expertise with design software (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Final Cut Pro)

· Love to learn & adapt to new trends in designing.

· Should be hardworking & a hustler in designing and looking for a long-term run to build a career
