Each day, you will ensure that site operations and activities are executed in accordance with various company procedures and standards. You will also showcase your expertise by coordinating and overseeing team development and standardized process development to continually improve the effectiveness of projects.In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.The work model for the role is: #LI-OnsiteThis role is contributing to the Electrification business in Distribution Solution division at Nashik, India.You will be mainly accountable for:Leading the implementation of continuous improvements across various Site Management processes and tools within local or regional Site Operations.Coordinating on-site activities across the project portfolio, ensuring successful execution of start-up, construction, erection, testing, and commissioning activities in alignment with contract specifications, quality standards, schedule, and Health, Safety and Environment requirements.Guiding and overseeing the Site Management teams locally/regionally, ensuring that ABB policies are consistently followed.Working in close collaboration with the Document Manager and ensuring the site is connected to the central document handling system.Our team dynamics Our teams support each other, collaborate, and never stop learning. Being part of our team means your work matters - because the progress we make here creates real impact out there.Qualifications for the role You are highly skilled in Site Operation from Switchgear marketYou have 15 to 20 years of experience in Project Execution and Site OperationsYou have hands on experience in unloading storage, movement of materials, erection, commissioning, testing and hand-over to customerPossess an enhanced knowledge of  MV Switchgears productsYou are good at handling customer, site and stakeholdersDegree in Electrical engineering (should be full-time)You are at ease communicating in EnglishWillingness to travel 60%What's in it for you?We empower you to take the lead, share bold ideas, and shape real outcomes.
