**Job Summary**:The Site Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing and managing construction or project sites to ensure smooth operations and adherence to safety and quality standards. This position requires a combination of technical knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate various activities on-site.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Project Oversight**:Supervise and coordinate daily activities on the construction/project site.

Ensure that work is progressing according to project plans and specifications.
Monitor and enforce safety protocols to create a secure work environment.
- **Team Management**:Direct and supervise on-site construction workers and subcontractors.

Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring proper utilization of resources.
Conduct regular team meetings to communicate project updates and expectations.
- **Quality Assurance**:Inspect work for compliance with project standards and specifications.

Address and resolve any issues related to quality and workmanship promptly.
Collaborate with the quality control team to ensure the highest standards are maintained.
- **Communication**:Serve as a liaison between on-site personnel and project managers.

Communicate project progress, challenges, and changes to all stakeholders.
Document daily activities, issues, and resolutions in a clear and organized manner.
- **Material and Equipment Management**:Coordinate the delivery of materials and equipment to the site.

Maintain an inventory of materials and equipment, ensuring adequate supply.
Report any shortages or discrepancies in a timely manner.
- **Budget and Cost Control**:Assist in monitoring and controlling project budgets.

Report any deviations from the budget and propose corrective actions.
- **Timeline Adherence**:Work closely with project managers to ensure that project timelines are met.

Identify potential delays and implement strategies to keep the project on schedule.

**Requirements**:

- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety protocols, and quality standards.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
- Familiarity with relevant software tools and systems.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
- Relevant certifications and licenses may be required.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
