Role Overview: The Assistant Operational Manager will be responsible for supporting the operational management of Flixstock india pvt ltd. This role requires a strong proficiency in MS Excel, data management, and a tech-savvy mindset. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining quality standards, managing the operations team, ensuring timely completion of tasks, and optimizing costs.

Roles and Responsibilities: Quality Management:
  • Implement and maintain quality control processes and timelines.
  • Monitor and evaluate operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct regular quality audits to ensure adherence to standards.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance overall operational quality.
Team Management:
  • Supervise and lead the operations team to ensure smooth workflow and efficient task completion.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring their professional development.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and identify training needs.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Timeliness and Task Management:
  • Oversee the timely completion of operational tasks to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Identify bottlenecks and areas of improvement in processes for better task management.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines and resolve any issues.
  • Monitor and manage the Turnaround Time (TAT) for operations tasks.
Cost Optimization:
  • Analyze operational expenses and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
  • Explore and implement strategies to reduce operational costs while maintaining quality standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to improve operational efficiency and reduce unnecessary expenditures.
  • Optimize resource allocation and maximize productivity within budget constraints.
Data Management and Analysis:
  • Utilize strong MS Excel skills to maintain and analyze operational data.
  • Create reports and present data-driven insights to management for informed decision-making.
  • Implement data tracking systems and ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  • Identify trends and patterns in operational data to drive process improvements.
Tech-Savviness:
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends relevant to operational management.
  • Explore and recommend technological solutions to enhance operational processes.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to implement and integrate tech tools for improved efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel and data management.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proven experience in operations management or a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to draw insights from data.
  • Tech-savvy with a quick learning ability.
