Job Overview


The Swayamvar is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Area Sales Manager. As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and achieving sales targets in the assigned area. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in sales and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets. This is a full-time position based in Patna, Bihar, India.


Qualifications and Skills


  • 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the retail industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities
  • Result-oriented mindset with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets in the assigned area
  • Manage a team of sales executives and provide guidance and support to ensure the team's performance
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and identify new business opportunities
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust sales strategies accordingly
  • Prepare and analyze sales reports and provide recommendations to improve sales performance
  • Train and motivate the sales team to enhance their skills and product knowledge
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and regular communication
