Job Description

As a Business Development Associate at Trbitix, you will play a crucial role in driving our business growth by acquiring new clients and maintaining strong relationships with existing ones. Your expertise in staffing sales will be essential in understanding client needs and offering tailored staffing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target new business opportunities within the staffing industry.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations.
  • Present Trbitix's staffing services to potential clients and negotiate contracts.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure client needs are met with high-quality candidates.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales within a staffing company.
  • Strong understanding of the staffing and recruiting industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
