As a Business Development Associate, your role is crucial in driving growth and sales for our company. You’ll be involved in various aspects of business development, including market research, client relationship building, and identifying new opportunities.


Position - Business Development Associate (Female)

Experience- 2+ years

Location- Noida


Responsibilities:

Company Vision and Mission: Familiarize yourself with our company’s vision and mission, aligning your efforts to achieve set goals and objectives.


Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and understand market dynamics.


Client Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with new clients while maintaining existing ones.


CRM Management: Collate and maintain client information in our CRM database.


Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to implement growth strategies.


Sales Strategies: Develop and implement sales strategies, client service plans, and analyze sales data to inform marketing strategies.


Content Creation: Assist in drafting business plans, sales pitches, presentations, and other relevant documents.


Project Management: Manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.

New Business Opportunities: Identify and explore new business opportunities and potential partners.


Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills when engaging with management, staff, and clients.


Requirements:


Education: Bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing, or a related field.


Experience: 1-2 years of relevant work experience in business development or a similar field.


Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


Organization: Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.


Software Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software.


Friendly Demeanor: Approachable and personable.


Sales/Marketing Background: A background in sales or marketing is strongly desirable.
