Job Role:


We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in Greater Noida. This role is crucial for someone who can independently handle various aspects of digital and social media marketing, as well as performance marketing. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on individual contributor with expertise in using advanced digital tools, including generative AI technologies, to enhance the quality and speed of marketing outputs and outcomes.


Job Responsibilities:


Revenue-Driven Marketing Strategies


  • Develop and implement digital marketing plans that directly contribute to revenue goals such as increasing memberships, workshop attendance, and enterprise sales.
  • Continuously explore and implement cutting-edge technologies and creative strategies to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for revenue growth.


Digital Marketing Expertise


  • Spearhead digital marketing initiatives (SEO/SEM, social media, email campaigns) with a keen focus on conversion and revenue generation.
  • Independently manage and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, focusing on optimizing reach and engagement.
  • Utilize analytics to refine digital strategies and maximize ROI.


Marketing Communication & Brand Management


  • Oversee all aspects of marketing communication, ensuring brand consistency and message alignment across various channels.
  • Develop and manage a diverse range of marketing materials, collateral, and digital assets.


Channel Partner & Affiliate Marketing Support


  • Provide marketing support to channel partners and affiliates, enhancing their ability to promote the Institute effectively.
  • Create and maintain a library of customizable marketing collateral and templates for trainers and partners.


Resource & Asset Management


  • Manage the marketing budget with a focus on cost-effective strategies.
  • Maintain an up-to-date library of marketing materials, ensuring easy accessibility and relevance.


AI & Technology


  • Utilize a broad range of digital marketing tools and software, including generative AI tools, to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing efforts.
  • Employ AI tools and technologies to enhance marketing efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI and technology, integrating them into marketing strategies.


Content Production


  • Create high-quality, engaging content for different digital channels using advanced tools to ensure quick turnaround and superior quality.


Performance Metrics


  • Track and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools to guide marketing strategies and achieve measurable results.


Qualifications & Experience:


  • Bachelor’s/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on digital marketing and revenue generation.
  • Solid background in developing marketing strategies that directly impact revenue.
  • Expertise in digital marketing with a proven track record in driving revenue.
  • Strong skills in marketing communication and creating impactful marketing materials.
  • Ability to support and empower channel partners and affiliates through effective marketing strategies.
  • Familiarity with the technology and AI sector, understanding its influence on marketing.
  • Leadership skills coupled with a strategic and hands-on approach to marketing.
