Job Role:

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our passionate team in Greater Noida. This role requires expertise in digital and social media marketing, as well as performance marketing. The ideal candidate should be proficient in leveraging advanced digital tools, including generative AI technologies, to enhance marketing outcomes efficiently.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute revenue-driven marketing strategies to increase memberships, workshop attendance, and enterprise sales.
  • Implement innovative technologies and strategies to stay competitive in the digital landscape.
  • Analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities.

Digital Marketing Expertise

  • Lead digital marketing initiatives focusing on conversion and revenue generation.
  • Manage digital campaigns across platforms to optimize reach and engagement.
  • Utilize analytics for refining strategies and maximizing ROI.

Marketing Communication & Brand Management

  • Ensure brand consistency and message alignment across all marketing channels.
  • Create and manage marketing materials and digital assets.

Channel Partner & Affiliate Marketing Support

  • Provide marketing assistance to channel partners and affiliates.
  • Develop a library of marketing collateral for partners and trainers.

Resource & Asset Management

  • Manage marketing budgets effectively.
  • Keep a well-organized library of marketing materials.

AI & Technology

  • Utilize digital marketing tools, including generative AI, to enhance marketing efforts.
  • Integrate AI tools into marketing strategies for improved efficiency.
  • Stay updated on AI advancements for strategic marketing integration.

Content Production

  • Create engaging content for digital channels using advanced tools.

Performance Metrics

  • Track and analyze campaign performance for informed decision-making.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Over 5 years of experience in digital marketing and revenue generation.
  • Proven expertise in developing revenue-focused marketing strategies.
  • Excellent skills in marketing communication and material creation.
  • Experience in supporting channel partners and affiliates through effective marketing.
  • Knowledge of technology and AI sector and its impact on marketing.
  • Leadership qualities with a strategic marketing approach.
