Maintaining accurate records and reports,
Providing excellent customer service,
Collaborating with other departments to achieve business objectives,
Identifying areas for process improvements,
Developing and implementing new procedures,
Maintaining a safe and secure working environment,
Meeting performance targets and deadlines,
Adhering to company policies and procedures

Preferred candidate profile

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, Strong organizational and time management skills, Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software, Ability to work independently and as part of a team, Strong attention to detail and accuracy, Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks, Good knowledge of operational procedures and policies, Strong customer service skills
