Role & responsibilities


• 3+ years of hands-on experience in a dedicated paid marketing or demand

generation role, specifically within an agency environment.


• Demonstrable experience managing successful paid campaigns specifically for

US clients or within the US market is essential.


• Proven ability to independently manage client campaigns and drive measurable

results.


• Deep expertise across major paid channels, including Google Ads (Search,

Display, YouTube), LinkedIn Ads, and Facebook Ads.


• Strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to interpret complex data, derive

meaningful insights, and make data-driven decisions that impact the bottom line for

clients.


• Proficiency with key marketing analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM

reporting).


• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for crafting

compelling, high-converting ad copy and client-facing reports.


• A proactive, self-starter mentality with the ability to work both independently and as

part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced agency environment.


• A compelling portfolio showcasing your successful demand generation campaigns

and their measurable impact for various clients.
