Work collaboratively with other Identity functions, as well as the wider Enterprise Security and M&G Plc organisation, to ensure the secure and stable delivery and operation of Identity and logical access controls. Oversight of the IDAM mailboxes ensuring they are managed and queries are answered in a timely manner. Identify any gaps in processes and drive through changes to make the controls more effective. Always look for improvements within processes and controls and have continuous improvements plans. Investigate and gather evidence on any audit queries received from internal or external auditors. Proactively manage all stakeholder expectations through either effective resolution of or updating on progress of their outstanding queries. Provide advice for the on boarding of new applications and maintenance of existing roles to ensure that they are correctly classified, tagged, and have appropriate security controls in place. Contribute to security awareness training programs related to IDAM for employees.
