Job Summary:

The Marketing Director will be responsible for overseeing and managing all marketing activities at GoldenBee Global School, including event management, field marketing, admissions counseling, digital marketing, and developing comprehensive marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in driving successful marketing campaigns within the education sector and enhancing the school's brand presence.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Event Management:

- Plan, organize, and execute school events that align with the marketing goals and enhance the school's reputation.

- Manage all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and on-site management.

- Ensure events are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the desired objectives.


2. Field Marketing:

- Develop and implement field marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive student enrollment.

- Collaborate with the admissions team to create targeted campaigns that support enrollment objectives.

- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of field marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.


3. Admissions Counseling:

- Oversee the admissions counseling team to ensure prospective students and parents receive accurate and helpful information.

- Develop and implement strategies to improve the admissions process and increase conversion rates.

- Provide training and support to the admissions team to enhance their effectiveness.


4. Digital Marketing:

- Lead the digital marketing team in creating and executing online marketing campaigns across various platforms.

- Ensure the school's digital presence is optimized for search engines and social media.

- Monitor digital marketing metrics and adjust strategies to improve performance.


5. Strategic Planning:

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the school's overall objectives.

- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.


6. Team Management:

- Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team to achieve their goals and professional development.

- Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.

- Set clear objectives and performance metrics for the marketing team.


Qualifications:


- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field Master's degree preferred.

- Minimum of 7 - 9 years of experience in marketing manager /Director within the education sector, with a focus on event management, field marketing, admissions counseling, and digital marketing.

- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies in the education field.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to think strategically and creatively.

- Proficiency in marketing software and tools.
