Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

Job Description :

- 10+ years of excellent skills in creating Test plan, Test strategy and Test scenarios.

- Interacting with functional consultants and product owners to capture test scenarios

- Experience in creating set of Test Cases for Positive & Negative testing.

- Skills in writing SQL queries for test scenarios and validating of test results.

- Work closely with the Developer directly until the bug was fixed.

- Coordinating with the Business team members for better results.

- Good understanding of SF sales and service cloud and integration points.

- Good exposure to Jira tool and working in agile scrum team to support in sprint testing.

- Develop Apex (classes and triggers), Lightning Components, and Visualforce to extend Salesforce to support business requirements,

- Application development, including basic Visualforce pages/Lightning pages, Lightning Web Components, assist with each release cycle to implement and deploy new/updates to existing applications and.

- Working with integrated applications such as DocuSign, Conga, Survey Gizmo, Mailchimp etc.

- Testing (unit and systems) and debugging

Detailed Job Description :

We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Cloud Senior QA with 10 to 15 years of experience to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in quality assurance for Salesforce platforms, particularly Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

Responsibilities :

Test Planning and Strategy :

- Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and strategies for Salesforce projects.

- Define and document test cases, ensuring thorough coverage of requirements.

Test Execution :

- Execute functional, integration, regression, performance, and user acceptance tests (UAT).

- Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution.

Automation :

- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using relevant tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Provar, TestNG).

- Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline to ensure continuous quality.

Collaboration :

- Work closely with developers, business analysts, and project managers to understand requirements and ensure quality.

- Participate in Agile ceremonies, providing QA insights and updates.

Quality Assurance Processes :

- Implement and adhere to QA best practices and processes.

- Ensure compliance with company standards and industry best practices.

Documentation :

- Document test plans, test cases, test scripts, and defect reports.

- Provide detailed and actionable feedback on defects and areas for improvement.

Mentorship and Leadership :

- Mentor junior QA team members, providing guidance and support.

- Lead QA initiatives and contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes.

Requirements :

- Extensive experience in Salesforce QA, with a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices.

- Proficiency in both manual and automated testing, with a strong emphasis on test automation.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

- Relevant certifications in Salesforce and QA methodologies are preferred.
